Tasks

A task is the basic unit of work. Open a task to edit it in a detail sheet, or speak to the voice assistant to create and change tasks hands-free.

What a task has

  • Title — the one required field; keep it short and action-oriented.
  • Description — optional free text for detail.
  • Due date — optional. When speaking, relative dates ("tomorrow", "next Monday", "in 3 days") resolve to a real date automatically.
  • Priority — four levels: low (default), medium, high, urgent.
  • Assignee — one workspace member. Unassigned by default.
  • Labels — zero or more tags (see Projects & labels).
  • Project — exactly one; new tasks default to the Inbox.
  • Status — which kanban column it sits in (see Kanban board & statuses).

Tasks can also carry comments and file attachments in the detail sheet.

Completing vs deleting

Completing a task moves it to the first terminal ("done") column — it stays in your history and can be un-completed later. Deleting removes it permanently. When in doubt, complete.

Common actions

  • Add a task — type it, or say it to the assistant. Date, priority and label hints are pulled out of the phrasing and stored in the proper fields.
  • Complete — check it off, or say "done with X".
  • Reschedule / reprioritise / reassign — edit the field in the detail sheet, or just say so.

Voice tip. Words like "urgent" or "ASAP" (Polish: "pilne") set the urgent priority; "important" ("ważne") maps to high. Batch several changes into one breath — "create three tasks: …" — it's faster than separate turns.

What tasks intentionally don't have (yet)

  • No recurring / repeating tasks.
  • No subtasks or task dependencies.
  • No reminders or notification system.
