Getting started

Yoke is a task manager with a kanban board, rich-text notes, spreadsheets, and a voice assistant — built to work great as an installable app on your phone and to be just as usable by AI agents as by people.

The core idea

  • You capture tasks and organise them into projects.
  • Every new task lands in your Inbox project unless you put it somewhere else.
  • A workspace has statuses (kanban columns) such as "To do", "In progress", "Done". A task always sits in one status; moving it across columns is how you track progress.
  • You can attach labels (lightweight tags) to tasks, give them a due date, a priority, and assign them to a member of the workspace.
  • Notes and sheets are a separate space for longer writing and tabular data, organised into folders.
  • Workspaces keep separate areas apart — a private one and shared team ones.

Your first minute

  1. Tap the round microphone button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Say something like "Add a task: book the dentist for next Tuesday, high priority" — in English or Polish.
  3. Watch the task appear in your Inbox with the date and priority already set.

That's the loop: capture fast (by voice or by typing), organise into projects, move tasks across the board as work progresses, and keep anything longer than a task in notes.

The voice assistant

The floating button opens the voice assistant. It can create and change tasks, move them between statuses, manage labels, projects and columns, and read or write notes. After it acts, a short summary appears with a Revert option to undo most changes.

Install it like an app

Yoke is a PWA: on your phone, use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" / "Install" option to get a full-screen app with its own icon. Everything — including voice capture — works from the installed app.
