Sheets
Sheets are lightweight spreadsheets that live alongside your notes on the Docs page, in the same folder tree. Use them for anything tabular — budgets, trackers, checklists with columns — without leaving Yoke.
What a sheet can do
- Tabs — one sheet holds multiple worksheets; add, rename, and delete tabs.
- Rows and columns — add and remove them as the data grows.
- Formulas — start a cell with
=for spreadsheet-style formulas (e.g.=SUM(A1:A5)). Computed values update as inputs change. - Collaboration — edits save as you make them, cell by cell, so teammates in the same workspace see fresh data without stepping on each other's changes.
Importing CSV and Excel files
You can create a sheet by importing an existing CSV or XLSX file. Each worksheet in an Excel file becomes a tab. Very large files are rejected with a clear message rather than silently truncated — split oversized exports before importing.
Archiving
Like notes, sheets can be archived to get them out of the way without deleting the data.
Sheets and the voice assistant
The assistant can read and work with your sheets — ask it about the data ("what's the total in the budget sheet?") or have it update cells as part of a voice turn.
