Kanban board & statuses

Statuses are the columns of the kanban board, shared across the whole workspace. Every task sits in exactly one status. The board view lets you drag tasks between columns and reorder them; the list view hides tasks that are in a "done" column.

Default columns

A new workspace starts with To do, In progress, To test, and Done. You can rename, recolor, reorder, add, or remove columns at any time.

Terminal statuses

A status can be marked terminal, meaning a task in it counts as finished (the "Done" column is terminal by default). Terminal tasks drop out of the active list view. Completing a task moves it to the first terminal status; un-completing moves it back to the first non-terminal one.

Managing columns

  • Add a column — give it a name and color, and choose whether it's terminal.
  • Rename / recolor / toggle terminal — change any of these on an existing column.
  • Reorder — change the left-to-right order of columns.
  • Delete a column — you choose where its tasks go; they're reassigned to another status, never lost. A workspace needs at least one column.

Available column colors: gray, red, orange, amber, green, blue, purple, pink.

Moving tasks

Drag a card to the target column on the board, change the status in the task's detail sheet, or tell the assistant.

Voice tip. "Move the invoice task to In progress" — or in Polish, "przenieś X do testowania" — sets the task's status directly.
